Dataroad supported Boost Portugal in its expansion to a new office with a larger area and better conditions. The IT work involved interconnecting the old office that we had already implemented to a new one, as well as connecting the wireless network to another office. With the expansion of offices, it was necessary to interconnect the two back offices.

Boost Portugal is a company that combines innovative tourism projects, alternative means of transportation and technology. Since 2008 we have been building several successful brands, energizing and promoting Portugal, Spain and the USA.

It currently owns 12 tourist entertainment brands globally and reaches more than 600,000 people around the world every year.

The computer networks and IT consultancy department carried out the following work on the installation of the new office, carrying out a preliminary survey and analysis of the client's needs:

Installation and configuration of 6 Gigabit CAT6 network swithes
Firewall configuration and installation;
Installation of wireless access points to interconnect offices;
Total installation of the wireless network, around 12 access points;
Installation of two UPS in a rack;
Installation of network points and connection to racks;
Installation of towers for network and electrical connections;
Installing wireless access points;
Installation of a wireless bridge network to connect offices;
Total electrical installation, cabling, electrical panel and technical trunking;
Installation of a NAS and total migration of data and access;
Installation and configuration of an IP PBX with 20 incoming and outgoing call channels;
Installation and configuration of Dect IP telephones;
Installation of softphones to communicate with the IP exchange
